 Hospital Site Location Recommendation Approved
The Saskatoon Regional Health Authority (SRHA) has formally approved Royal University Hospital (RUH) as the preferred site for the new Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan (CHS) subject to approval by the University of Saskatchewan Board of Governors.
The CHS site validation panel made the unanimous recommendation at the Authority’s public board meeting on June 9, 2010.

About Children's Hospital of Saskatchewan (CHS)
Welcome to the Region's Children's Hospital of Saskatchewan (CHS) home page. This is an exciting project for Saskatoon Health Region that is becoming a reality through the commitment and hard work of many different people and agencies.
CHS is a provincial hospital. It will provide much needed health care services to children, their mothers and their families from every corner of Saskatchewan. Planning for this hospital began many years ago through discussions between the Region, patients, families, staff, physicians, the Ministry of Health, University of Saskatchewan and Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
