All new applicants for any position within Saskatoon Health Region, formerly Saskatoon Health Region, and who are not currently employed by Saskatoon Health Region will be required to complete and return a police criminal record check prior to being offered a position with Saskatoon Health Region.

Please go to your nearest Police/RCMP detachment requesting a valid record. Your Police/RCMP detachment may require a letter of request from Saskatoon Health Region before processing this. 

Please print the letter attached below and bring it with you to your Police/RCMP detachment. 

Please present all original paperwork to your hiring manager at the time of your interview or to People Strategies, Saskatoon office, prior to being offered employment.
