Complete the Internal Application For Transfer |

If you do have access to Adobe Reader, complete the form Internal Application. |

If you don’t have access to Adobe Reader, complete the form Internal Application, print it and arrange to have it scanned in .pdf format.
Why? When the Internal Application is completed in programs other than Adobe Reader, such as Mac Preview it often appears blank when we receive it. |

Prepare your resume in .doc (Microsoft Word) or .pdf format. |
| Step 2 Note your employee number |
| |
You will need to enter your employee number when submitting your application. |
| Step 3 Determine the Posting or Casual Bulletin number |
| |
You will need to indicate the specific Posting or Casual Bulletin number when you submit your application. This number is an 8 digit number beginning with 20.
Submit a separate application for each Posting or Casual Bulletin. |
| Step 4 Complete the application submission form |
| Step 5 Receive your confirmation number |

When you click on Submit and clear any errors, you will receive a message that indicates:
- the confirmation number
- the posting or casual bulletin number (when applicable)
- the date and time you submitted your application
You will receive a confirmation number even if your application is submitted after the posting closing date, however, late applications will not be included in the competition. |
