The Organization: Saskatoon Health Region is an integrated health care system. We provide the full range of service excellence, from acute care to long term care, from public health to home care. We serve over 300,000 residents in 100 cities, towns, villages and First Nations communities. As a provincial referral center, we also provide service to residents across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. Centrally located in the province of Saskatchewan with a population of approximately 200,000, the city of Saskatoon has a university, a flourishing arts community and an abundance of recreational opportunities for people of all ages. It is a cultural centre with year round recreational facilities and is within two hours of many Provincial and National Parks, lakes, beaches, golf courses and wilderness areas.
We currently have casual employment opportunities for Home Care/Special Care Aides in Saskatoon and Rural Areas.
Patient, Resident, Client and Employee Safety is a critical aspect of quality healthcare. All staff are accountable for creating a culture of safety, working as a team, communicating effectively and responding to adverse events.
