(January 22, 2008) Saskatoon – A public meeting of the Saskatoon Regional Health Authority will take place Wednesday, January 23, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Ballroom South, Hilton Garden Inn.
Items that will be reviewed and discussed by the Authority include the following:
- Engaging Patients in Safer Care – update on how the region is building awareness, using various materials, of the role clients and families can have in promoting safety in health care.
- Contract Award – approval of a recommendation for the purchase of glove products.
- Report of the President and CEO – including updates on the region’s sustainability “green” program, emergency preparedness program, and aboriginal health transition fund proposal.
- Financial Statements – approval of financial statements to November 30, 2007
