(February 28, 2008) Saskatoon – A public meeting of the Saskatoon Regional Health Authority will take place Thursday, February 28, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Gallery C, TCU Place.
Items that will be reviewed and discussed by the Authority include the following:
- Muriel Jarvis Award Committee – Authority will recommend the appointment of four board members to review and score the nominations for the Muriel Jarvis Award.
- Contract Award – approval of a recommendation to award Quorex Construction Ltd. the contract to build the Irene and Les Dubé Centre for Mental Health.
- Report of the President and CEO – including updates on the region’s retention and recruitment initiatives, a reduction in the region’s WCB premiums and information on the Step Into Health Careers Program.
- Financial Statements – approval of financial statements to December 31, 2007
