(November 5, 2009) Saskatoon – In response to questions from reporters, Dr. Johnmark Opondo, deputy medical health officer, has provided the following information regarding the incidence of H1N1 illness in Saskatoon Health Region.
As of November 3, 2009, a total of 61 schools (15 of which are rural) have reported illness greater
than 10%.
A total of 10 individuals have been admitted to hospital testing positive for pandemic H1N1.
