The Saskatoon Health Region continues the planning for the integrated facility, Humboldt District Health Complex, which will house the Humboldt District Hospital and Community Health Services.

Currently this project is at step 16 in an 18-step capital project development process set out by the provincial government.

The new complex is expected to open in the Fall of 2010 and will offer expanded ambulatory care, emergency and diagnostic space, and will deliver a wide array of integrated health services at one location, promoting client centered care with improved access to health care services.

Humboldt Journal Monthly Articles

Residents in Humboldt and surrounding municipalities are watching the new Humboldt District Health Complex take shape. Saskatoon Health Region and the Humboldt Journal have partnered to provide updates on the new facility with a monthly story published in the Journal.
