Addiction Services (AS) Community Addiction Services,
Saskatoon Health Region, encourages those who are using
alcohol and drugs in unhealthy ways, and those who are affected
by the user, to find more healthy ways of living. The professionals
at AS are interested in working with you in
supporting your recovery from these situations.
The following services are offered at AS in Saskatoon.
Intake Services and Core
Services
Services are provided to adults who want to address their
use of alcohol or other drugs or individuals whose concern
is the result of their involvement with someone who is experiencing
alcohol or drug problems.
Services are provided by a team of professionals who use individual
and group sessions to assist the client in their recovery.
Services include screening, intake, recovery planning, individual
and group counselling, consultation and referral.
Individuals can access services
directly or with the assistance of a professional.
Individual Counselling and Referral
Meet with a counsellor to discuss issues related
to your own or another’s use of drugs including alcohol

This group provides information for those who are using alcohol or other drugs.
Relapse Education Program/Therapy Programs
For the chemically addicted, and co-dependent, non-using individual, who wishes
to strengthen personal recovery efforts.
