The Business Development Division’s primary goals are
to:

Support Saskatoon Health Region's vision,
mission, goals and mandate.

Increase financial flexibility by maximizing
existing revenue and generating incremental revenue, which
will be used to support health.

Support the creation of Centres of Excellence
in health service, research, education, and business by marketing
expertise, developing new products and services, and maximizing
research revenue and commercialization.

Offer a wider array of services to our customers.

Contribute to a ‘magnet environment’ to
support recruitment and retention of staff and physicians.
