Adults age 18 and over.

Goals   

To provide nutrition education for prevention and management of chronic disease.

Service            

Individualized nutrition assessment and counselling for a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies and pregnancy.
