Good Food Box
Even though the Good Food Box program is not under the LiveWell group of programs, we have included this valuable information.
Who it is for:
Anyone who wants to support local farmers, get inexpensive and high quality produce, and enjoy a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Goals:
To provide a variety of quality food at an affordable price for individuals and families.
Service:
A box of locally grown fruits and vegetables can be bought and picked up in designated neighbourhoods.
Each bin will include nutritional information and recipes.
Additional:
The food comes in a returnable plastic container. Contents vary according to season, quality, price and availability of foods.
