LiveWell Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program

Who is it for

Adults (17 years +) living with cystic fibrosis.

Goals

To optimize management and improve the quality of life for individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis.

Service

Provide clinics where clients are supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a respirologist, physiotherapist, pharmacist, dietitian, nurse coordinator, and genetic counselor.

Coordination of home IV Therapy as required.

Coordination of care for hospitalized clients.
