Individuals with diagnosed chronic lung disease.
Goals:
To help those with chronic lung disease self manage, treat progression and maintain standard of living.

Education and exercise based program.

Pulmonary Rehab is a partnership between the Saskatoon Health Region, the Lung Association of Saskatchewan and the . This program is designed to improve quality of life, symptoms of shortness of breath and activity tolerance of participants involved. Exercise and education sessions are central to this program.
