COMMUNITY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Access to all of the following professional services is through
Client Patient Access Services (CPAS):
- Home Care Nursing is available 24 hours, 7
days a week.
- Community Physical Therapy is available Monday
to Friday,
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Community Occupational Therapy is available
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Community Social Work is available Monday
to Friday,
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Nutrition Counseling is available Monday
to Friday,
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Cost: There is no direct charge to the client.
