Counselling Outpatient
Service is available at West Winds Health Centre with a referral from a physician within the Saskatoon Health Region.

Weekly sessions are offered to clients with a referral from a physician within the Saskatoon Health Region

Nutrition Counselling Diabetes
Assessment and counselling is available for individuals of all ages with diabetes. Individual nutrition counselling and group classes are also available.

Youth Services Program
Nutrition assessment and counselling is available for adolescents. Service is provided in a team approach with referrals to be directed to the intake worker.

Saskatoon Weight Attitudes and Disordered Eating (SWADE) Committee
An interdisciplinary committee which is guided by the following mission:
Working together to assist professionals, individuals, families and the general public in the prevention and treatment of disordered eating.
Our goals are:
- to be a support network for professionals.
- to provide inservices and workshops for the public and professionals.
- to develop and maintain information and resources relating to eating disorders.
- to promote the importance of healthy eating and physical activity.
- to encourage the acceptance of natural body size, and acknowledge risks associated with dieting and weight loss.
- to advocate for the realistic portrayal of women and men.
