Food Services

As part of our commitment to you, our customer, we provide a variety of menu selections where you will find good tasting and nutritious food prepared and offered in healthier ways such as fresh fruit/vegetables, freshly prepared salads, and sandwiches prepared on whole grain breads, to name a few.

Nutrition Services

Rural Community Dietitian Services:

Services include individual counselling, group education and working with communities. Frequency of visits is based on community needs.

Nutrition Assessment &
Counselling Outpatient

Service is available at West Winds Health Centre with a referral from a physician within the Saskatoon Health Region.

Heart Healthy Nutrition Programs

Weekly sessions are offered to clients with a referral from a physician within the Saskatoon Health Region

Nutrition Counselling Diabetes

Assessment and counselling is available for individuals of all ages with diabetes. Individual nutrition counselling and group classes are also available.

Youth Services Program

Nutrition assessment and counselling is available for adolescents. Service is provided in a team approach with referrals to be directed to the intake worker.
