Accessing Services:
Referrals to Calder Centre are made through an addictions community case manager who coordinates a continuum of care for clients before, during and after their stay. To arrange for an addictions case manager, please refer to Community Addiction Services or to the NADAP worker if you reside on a reserve.
Admission information is provided by the community case manager (community addictions worker/NADAP worker) actively working with the client. As part of a comprehensive treatment plan an assessment is completed and a referral to the Calder Centre program is initiated if appropriate. The case manager coordinates with our admission staff to ensure all information is provided that is necessary to support a safe and effective service for the client.
Who Do We Serve?
We provide services to Saskatchewan residents 18 years and older, who meet the admission criteria.
