What Is Their Purpose?
They provide social and vocational rehabilitation programs for people with mental health illness. They are also a resource for information about mental health issues.

Life Skills:
- A five month program for people preparing for employment
Public Awareness:
- Workshops, seminar and presentations on a variety of mental health topics
Social Development:
- Scheduled leisure and recreation activities
- Creative arts programs
- Special trips
Vocational Rehabilitation:
- One to one counselling to assist individuals with evaluating abilities and interests
- Assistance with returning to employment, returning to or continuing with education
- Long term support on the job or in school
- An Employability Assistance for People with Disabilities (EAPD) referral agency

What is Their Purpose?
Crocus is a non-profit community based member-driven cooperative comprised of men and women 18 years of age or older that are in recovery from any mental health condition.
Services Offered:
Works to help their members to direct and control their own lives.
Programs include:
- Computer/Internet Access
- Drop in centre
- Lunch and Supper program (cost is $3 per meal)
- Recreational, social and educational activities
- Transitional employment program
- Variety of vocational and pre-vocational opportunities

What is Their Purpose?
Is a specialized mental health service for individuals who are severely behaviourally impaired and have problems maintaining connection with other services.
Crisis Management Workers provide a spectrum of services to these individuals and their supports.

What Is Their Purpose:
Exists to enhance the capacity of individuals with mental illnesses to optimize their independence by facilitating:
- Direct provision of selected accessible and affordable housing options
- Enhanced community integration opportunities
- Enhanced daily living skills
- Increased illness awareness
Services Provided:
Residential accommodation, support services and individual counselling:
- Four apartment blocks – total of 73 apartments which are furnished and unfurnished suites.
- Five bed group home, staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Support services through the Outreach Program for people in the community.
