Accessing Services:

Clients can refer themselves (walk in or telephone) or be referred by a third party.  Referrals to a psychiatrist or psychologist must be made through a family physician.

Who Do We Serve?

We offer services to children, youth and adults experiencing mental health, substance use/abuse and problem gambling issues.

We offer a variety of services:

• Individual, family and group counselling/therapy

• Community collaboration
• Referrals to other services/agencies
