This CPSI patient safety newspaper, Ask. Listen. Talk., features a patient story from Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, reminding us of the importance of good communication with all members of the health-care team. The newspaper also contains easy-to-read articles for sharing with patients, families, and staff on medication reconciliation and hand washing, which are two of our Region’s key safety priorities.
