The Mobile Primary Health Unit, the Health Bus, is an inter-professional Mobile Primary Health Centre based on partnerships between Saskatoon Health Region, M.D. Ambulance and the Ministry of Health.

There is no charge for services and no appointment is necessary.

What we do:
- Diagnose and treat common illness and injuries
- STI testing
- Pregnancy testing
- Birth control
- Free condoms
- Education/Counselling
- Chronic disease monitoring
- Wound care & management
- Stitches and removal of stitches
The Health Bus can also assist with connections to:
- Addictions
- Social Work
- Mental Health
- Other community services
We are NOT able to provide:
- Food
- Water
- Needles, rigs, points
- Bandaids
- Nurse practitioners are NOT able to prescribe
narcotics, tranquilizers and
some other controlled medications
