SIMS is a computerized immunization database used to store immunization information for all persons in the province.
Information collected in SIMS may be used to:
- manage immunization records
- notify you if you, or your child, needs an immunization
- monitor how well vaccines work in the preventing vaccine preventable diseases.
It is important that SIMS has current address information for persons living in Saskatchewan. If you have changed your address, please call the number on the back of your Saskatchewan Health Card (1-800-667-7551) or visit www.expressaddress.com to notify multiple Saskatchewan organizations of your move.
