What is Spirituality?
- Spirituality is connected to the core of who we are as persons, while religion is a way to live out our spirituality through the practices, rituals and beliefs of specific faiths.
- The spiritual is woven through the physical, mental and emotional aspects of being human, and connects us with something beyond ourselves. Addressing peoples’ spirituality empowers them to experience a greater sense of wholeness and wellness.
- Spirituality is the framework within which people live their lives, and explore questions of life's meaning and value.
