How a client representative can help you

The Client Representative Services program is in place to respond to your concerns if you are unable to get you the answers you’re looking for.

If you have questions or concerns about the care or service you or a family member received, you should:

  • Speak first with the staff and physicians involved in your care. If you still have unanswered questions;
  • Speak with the unit manager. If you require further assistance;
  • Speak with a Client Representative.

Client Representatives can also help you navigate through more than one service area and connect you with the people or information you need. Every call to a client representative gets quick, individual attention.
