Giving & Receiving Feedback


This module will explore the skill of providing feedback for improved performance.  Giving feedback works well with a coaching style of leadership therefore the interplay with feedback and coaching will be looked at in depth.  A model for giving feedback will be presented with opportunities for small group work to practice on case studies.

Learning Objectives

  • Learners will gain an understanding of the value of giving feedback
  • Learners will become comfortable in knowing how and when to partner feedback with coaching.
  • Learners will have a practical model for giving feedback.
