A key philosophy for learning and development within the PFMS is Leaders Teaching Leaders. This approach creates an opportunity for leaders to facilitate the learning experiences and support ongoing development for their staff and team on the Gemba.
Directors will be supported by leadership and quality improvement consultants to co-create the learning events and delivery approach, based on their needs, and for ongoing teaching, mentoring, and coaching within their staff and team.
This approach maximizes opportunities for experiential and applied learning in real time and helps SHR foster a learning culture.
