Public Health Observatory
Research Committee

​The Public Health Observatory (PHO) Research Advisory Committee leads the PHO research program. The role of the PHO research program is to contribute to the public and population health evidence base that informs programming and policy in the Saskatoon Health Region.

The PHO Research Advisory Committee is responsible for:

  • establishing strategic direction and priorities for research supported by and/or carried out within the PHO;
  • providing decisions on requests for leadership of research projects;
  • tracking research and evaluation projects occurring within Population and Public Health and/or using Population and Public Health resources; and
  • fostering research partnerships, both within and outside Saskatoon Health Region.
