​Cancellations

The International Travel Centre staff dedicate the time necessary to serve our clients' needs. Scheduled appointments are reserved especially for you. Unfortunately a missed appointment takes time away from serving our other clients. We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If you do not provide 24 hours cancellation or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged an appointment fee. Emergency circumstances may be taken into consideration.
