The Saskatoon Health Region Orthoptic Program is a two-year, comprehensive Accreditation Canada accredited program of academic and clinical instruction in orthoptics and related ophthalmic studies. Set in a clinical teaching environment, orthoptic education is taught through didactic instruction and clinical exposure by an experienced staff of orthoptists and ophthalmologists.   

PLEASE NOTE: The Saskatoon Health Region Orthoptic Program will NOT be accepting applications in 2022.

Applications for the next intake of students will be accepted between January 16, 2023 and March 3, 2023 with an anticipated start date of July 3, 2023.
