The Parkridge Centre Quality of Life Managers provide information and supports to residents, clients and families within Parkridge Centre. They provide advocacy services which promote listening with respect to all parties; they work tirelessly to promote and protect the rights of our residents and clients.
The Quality of Life Managers encourage, teach and support self-advocacy and resident/client-centred care. They work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that the quality of life of all residents and clients is supported to the utmost. The Quality of Life Managers work closely with nursing and care team staff to ensure that the needs of both the residents and the staff are supported in a safe, equitable and mutually respectful manner.
The Quality of Life team play a critical role within the interdisciplinary team to ensure the quality of life and daily living needs of our residents are supported. Our Quality of life Managers promote justice, fair treatment and human rights through their keen ability to problem solve, promote independence and support open communication.
