Moving into a long term care home can be an overwhelming experience for many people and their families.  Waiting to find out where you will live can be just as unsettling.

Having Your SayHaving Your Say

It is important for residents and their families to have a means to voice and discuss concerns.  It is also important to work together with care team members to find solutions to improve well-being.

See what you need to know if you are a resident or family member of a resident in Long-term Care.

How a Client Representative Can Help You

Client Representative Services are in place to respond to your concerns if you are unable to find answers to your questions. If you have questions or concerns about the care or service you or a family member received, you should:

  • Speak first with the staff and physicians involved with your care.
  • Speak with the unit manager if you still have unanswered questions.
  • Speak with a Client Representative if you require further assistance. Client Representatives can also help you move through different service areas and connect you with the people or information you need.

See the Client Representative page for more information.
