RUH Information Desk

​Information Desk

The information desk at RUH is located in the Mall on the main level of the hospital, adjacent to the parkade entrance. This desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

The staff who look after the information desk can provide patient location information and directions other areas in the hospital, as well as answer general questions you may have.

Registration (Admitting)

RUH Emergency RegistrationThe patient registration area is located on the main level of Royal University Hospital near the Mall.

When you arrive at hospital for your surgery or other procedures, please report to the Admitting Department.

You must present your valid Saskatchewan Health Services card and any other relevant health services cards or information. If you have received a hospital card on a previous visit to a Saskatoon hospital, please bring the card with you.

Registration For Pregnant Women

All women who are greater than 16 weeks pregnant should go directly to Maternal Registration for labour assessment, antepartum, labour & delivery, and elective caesarean section:

Maternal Registration - 4th Floor of the 1955 Building

Access: 24/7 via the elevators just inside the main doors of the 1955 Building. Between 9 pm and 6 am, press the buzzer just inside the first set of doors

All pregnant women who have scheduled appointments for fetal assessment should also go directly to maternal registration on 4th Floor of the 1955 Building.

If you are less than 16 weeks pregnant and experiencing difficulties, please go directly to emergency.
