​Information Desk

The information desk is located at main entrance of the hospital and is staffed from Mon.-Fri., 9 am to 6 pm and Sat./Sun., 1-4 pm.

Volunteers who look after the Information Desk can provide you with patient location and directions to patients’ rooms and other areas in the hospital, as well as answer general questions you may have.

Registration (Admitting)

The registration area is located on the main level of Saskatoon City Hospital near the courtyard.

When you arrive at hospital for your surgery or other procedures, please report to the admitting desks upon your arrival.

You must present your valid Saskatchewan Health Services card and any other relevant health services cards or information. If you have received a hospital card on a previous visit to a Saskatoon hospital, please bring the card with you.
