A portion of the revenues generated is returned to the hospital to help fund various hospital improvements.
Rates include connection fee and complementary personal headsets. Special rates are available for long term

While TV and telephones are available for rent in all patient rooms, our Preferred Accommodations program includes Premium Plus cable TV and telephone (local calls only) in the room price. More information on the Preferred Accommodations program can be found in the

Payment is due upon activation and is collected by a Hospitality Network Customer Service Representative in the patient room. We accept cash, cheque (with ID), Visa and Mastercard.

How to Order Service - Order Form
Complete an order form (located near the nursing station or in the patient lounge) and drop it in the lock box located near the display area. A Hospitality Network Customer Service Representative will activate your TV and telephone service as soon as possible. TV and telephone service may be given as a gift by completing an order form and placing it in the drop box.
